Senior Digital Property Claims Representative Objective
To help our insureds recover after a property loss of varied size and complexity. To deliver an exceptional customer and agent experience to aid in the retention of business while consistently adhering to established claims handling guidelines and best practices. To effectively investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims for our valued customers within the company’s contractual and legal obligations. To ensure proactive and timely service, while providing an appropriate and equitable resolution to insureds and the company.
Medical Claims Coordinator Objective
To provide technical support and act as a contact point for the Medical Claims Unit/Assigned Claim Unit, resulting in proper disposition of claims.
Farm and Agribusiness Underwriter Objective

Associate IT Service Analyst (Technical) Objective
To provide consistent technical product support to clients, as well as troubleshoot software application and hardware issues quickly and effectively. To respond to business users promptly and professionally, accurately documenting issues and resolutions, and collaborating with both customers and Information Technology (IT) Division employees to solve complex technical issues. To lead the Field Force for success by providing comprehensive customer service in preparing information for independent contractor insurance agents to quote, sell, and service clients. To provide excellent customer service in a prompt and professional manner. To provide operator service during normal business hours by answering and taking ownership of all incoming calls to the Area Service Office (ASO) in a quick and courteous manner. To proactively research and resolve policy issues by assisting agents and customers by phone, in person, and through daily document listings and activities reports. To provide strategic level leadership, development, and oversight to the enterprise IT security program for the Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies (MFBFoC). To be accountable for shaping, evolving, and leading the cyber and information security practices for the company. To identify, evaluate, and report on legal and regulatory, IT, and cybersecurity risk for information assets to IT and Company leadership groups, while supporting and advancing MFBFoC overall business objectives. To work in direct partnership with all business and IT areas to help plan and deliver on corporate and department level initiatives that require IT security resources. To establish and maintain an information security program to ensure MFBFoC information and associated technology assets, applications, systems, infrastructure, and processes adequately protect the MFBFoC business operations.
