To act as a customer service support professional effectively servicing group health insurance offered by Farm Bureau Health Services, a division of Community Service Acceptance Company (CSAC) (aka FB Partners Group), including but not limited to, group health insurance and ancillary products offered by multiple carriers. To assist Farm Bureau Insurance agents and staff with quoting and servicing clients with employer health plans and ancillary products, and to assist with enrollment of employees into a plan. To maintain a working knowledge of health policies and products.
