To provide professional and administrative support to the Human Resources Division in the areas of forms, organizational charts, policies, and employee engagement. To perform technical and administrative support tasks that are integral to the Human Resource Division’s (HRD) information handling such as reporting, and general inquiries. To make certain that claims are properly investigated, evaluated and resolved within the company's contractual and legal obligations. To ensure timely service, while providing appropriate and equitable resolution to insureds, claimants and the company.
To prepare artwork for print and electronic presentation as needed using MAC or PC based computer and graphic programs which makes up the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.). To provide support as needed to the Farm Bureau Insurance Company divisions and agents.
Commercial Underwriter Objective
To underwrite designated commercial lines of insurance. To implement company philosophy and underwriting guidelines in the acceptance and rejection of risks, pricing, classification, hazard recognition, and providing service to policyholders, Farm Bureau Insurance agents and their staff.
Manager, IT Infrastructure Objective
