Marketing Information Analyst/Coordinator Objective
To represent Marketing Information on corporate and department projects, including testing and testing coordination, procedures and training. To prepare, document and conduct training on processing functions for department users. To review processing procedures and workflows, and make recommendations for improvements including business specifications and cost benefit analysis. To perform quality control.
Marketing Information Analyst/Coordinator Responsibilities
Understand testing principles, concepts and implementation approaches. Be knowledgeable about the business, data and testing requirements.
Coordinate and execute test plans using manual testing, testing scripts, and automated testing to validate the quality and acceptability of software applications. Manage defect and test case progress reporting and communicate with stakeholders.
Plan, analyze and develop testing efforts of project teams. Share status of testing progress and forecast timeframes to complete tasks.
Marketing Information Analyst/Coordinator Qualifications
Required
General knowledge of computer and project methodology required.
Preferred
Associate’s degree in marketing or business preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered.
One to two years’ experience in business and/or marketing preferred.
Background in and knowledge of insurance preferred.
Experience in insurance domain preferred.
Experience in performing software testing preferred.
Note: This is a Hybrid position working both remotely and from the Farm Bureau Home Office (in Office four times per month), which is located in Lansing, Michigan.
