Develop and manage SharePoint site.
Coordinate and manage the MFB State Annual Meeting onsite registration and communication to members.
Provide and coordinate support to the Field Operations Division, including weekly management reports, board reports, regional manager reports, and other needed reports for the Field Operations staff.
Required: Associate’s degree required, or equivalent experience may be considered. Two years of experience or some formal training with accounting and database management required. Keyboarding skills of 50 wpm with accuracy required. Basic computer software proficiency and customer service skills required. Knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Office Word, Access and PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign and Acrobat required. Must possess basic accounting skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to design brochures, meeting agendas, electronic newsletters and programs. Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in general business or communication preferred.
