Senior Property Claims Representative Objective
To assure the consistent application of company procedures and practices in commercial, residential, farm property and property damage liability claim handling, so as to have a significant and positive overall effect on the company. To provide quality service to insureds and aid in the retention of business. To make certain that claims are properly investigated, evaluated and resolved within the company's contractual and legal obligations. To ensure timely service, while providing appropriate and equitable resolution to insureds, claimants and the company.
Litigation Representative Objective
To provide efficient investigation, evaluation, supervision, and disposition of first and third party casualty claims in litigation.
To learn and assist with all programs and services of Great Lakes Ag Labor Services (GLALS), a provider of legal seasonal H-2A guestworkers for Michigan farms. To experience all facets of GLALS service portfolio, including contract filing, on-farm guestworker training and onboarding, administrative, domestic recruitment interviews, supporting clients in audits, database data entry, and marketing activities/events.
To lead the Field Force for success by providing comprehensive customer service in preparing information for independent contractor insurance agents to quote, sell, and service clients. To provide excellent customer service in a prompt and professional manner. To provide operator service during normal business hours by answering and taking ownership of all incoming calls to the Area Service Office (ASO) in a quick and courteous manner. To proactively research and resolve policy issues by assisting agents and customers by phone, in person, and through daily document listings and activities reports.
