Commercial Service Center Representative Objective
To provide excellent customer service to commercial policyholders, Farm Bureau Insurance agents and their staff in a prompt and professional manner. To proactively research and resolve policy issues, promote additional coverages for customers, and address questions and concerns from customers by providing commercial lines information via the telephone, e-mail, and interactive chat while documenting activities and reporting back to agent offices. To retain knowledge of commercial acceptance and rejection rules and guidelines, pricing, classification, and hazard recognition. To support internal and external customers by providing service for FB Partners policies. To assist Senior Commercial Service Center Representatives train and provide support to the Associate Commercial Service Center Representatives.
Industry Relations Specialist (Livestock) Objective
To provide the necessary research, education, and information in the areas of commodity, animal care and animal disease, and value-added issues which will enable Michigan Farm Bureau (MFB) members and the general agricultural community to improve their economic and general wellbeing.
Medical Claims Coordinator Objective
To provide technical support and act as a contact point for the Medical Claims Unit/Assigned Claim Unit, resulting in proper disposition of claims.
To support customers as an extension of the independent contractor insurance agents and Field Customer Service Representatives by providing service, quotes, and sales to existing and potential clients. To provide excellent customer service in a prompt and professional manner. To provide operator service during standard business hours and after standard business hours by answering and taking ownership, as much as possible, of all incoming calls from Farm Bureau Insurance customers and members in a quick and courteous manner. Casualty Claims Representative Objective
To provide efficient adjustment, processing, and settlement of casualty claims consistent in accordance with established adjusting procedures while providing a WOW! customer experience and also controlling loss and loss adjustment expenses.
Threat & Vulnerability Management Engineer Objective
To focus on identifying threats and vulnerabilities that could impact critical Farm Bureau business functions. To track zero day, critical, and high vulnerabilities and create solutions to proactively mitigate these threats. To communicate and report on status of the threat landscape.
Senior Property Claims Representative Objective
To assure the consistent application of company procedures and practices in commercial, residential, farm property and property damage liability claim handling, so as to have a significant and positive overall effect on the company. To provide quality service to insureds and aid in the retention of business. To make certain that claims are properly investigated, evaluated and resolved within the company's contractual and legal obligations. To ensure timely service, while providing appropriate and equitable resolution to insureds, claimants and the company.
To prepare artwork for print and electronic presentation as needed using MAC or PC based computer and graphic programs which makes up the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.). To provide support as needed to the Farm Bureau Insurance Company divisions and agents.

To underwrite designated commercial lines of insurance. To implement company philosophy and underwriting guidelines in the acceptance and rejection of risks, pricing, classification, hazard recognition, and providing service to policyholders, Farm Bureau Insurance agents and their staff.
Manager, IT Infrastructure Objective
To develop, lead, and monitor the Infrastructure environment and team to ensure exceptional customer service and stable environments meet or exceed expectations. To plan, organize, and direct the activities of the technical infrastructure support team within the Information Technology (IT) Division. Associate Manager, Health and Welfare Benefit Objective
To develop, implement, monitor, and administer all applicable direct and indirect company welfare and fringe benefits while ensuring that they meet company objectives and comply with appropriate federal and state regulations. To recommend policies and procedures to carry out the benefit programs. To oversee benefit information and resources and recommend changes for the maintenance of the companies’ benefits objectives.
